Teaching Inbound Marketing to Grandma

Ever get frustrated 'explaining what you do for a living' to someone who has no clue? This is why I stopped talking about 'inbound marketing' with friends and family...

Big shout out to Nick Sal (@NickSalinbound), Nick's Nana (@notweeteraddress) and HubSpot marketing team (@HubSpot). Brilliant video.

a great and creative light-hearted look at a common situation. The only shortcoming is that the 35-60 year old business owners/vps of marketing will discount it because they perceive themselves to be ever so much more digital/inbound marketing savvy than grandma, even if the only real substantive difference is that they know it's called 'facebook' instead of 'bookface.' make the next installment one of them so the message isn't quite so obtuse and easily discounted!

Thank you!!! A wonderful chuckle that I badly needed. So glad we're not alone. ;-)

Reminds me of when I was trying to explain to my grandmother about teaching foreign languages using Macs and software back in the 80s (no wise cracks guys, yes I've got [some] grey hair).
